Job Duties: Oversee all product strategy and roadmap development. Ensure organizational alignment and product roadmap prioritization based on a sophisticated understanding of business objectives. Thoroughly understand the needs of customers, evaluate market trends and competition, and use this information to determine which features to build. Clearly communicate business objectives, along with feedback on product strategy, to team members. Develop and monitor key metrics / KPIs and targets; develop plans to achieve those targets; and proactively communicate progress to a variety of stakeholders. Ensure that the delivered product meets or exceeds the customer’s needs and business objectives. Establish a compelling vision for the product or a general framework for making product decisions. Oversee the development of product requirement definition and feature identification, including documentation of prioritized feature sets. Develop use cases based on internal customer needs and business value. Develop and implement solutions to balance product deliverables and resources with business needs. Ensure that customer data is translated into product/service definitions and product marketing plans that anticipate the customer’s current and future needs. Represent the voice of the customer to the team throughout the product lifecycle. Uncover and evaluate customer trends through benchmarking, active networking, research, user feedback, and internal customer interaction. Oversee the definition of product features and related schedules, write specifications based on internal user needs and business cases, and create wireframes, prototypes, test plans, and release checklists. Represent the team as an expert with product, IT, and marketing leadership. Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality and efficiency. Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related product management occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
Experience with at least three of the following product skills: Product Visioning, Product Roadmap Development, Rapid Prototyping, Strategic Planning, Running Customer Discovery Interviews, Agile Product Development, Feature Specification (2 years).
Product lifecycle management including discovery, visioning, planning and execution.
Conduct customer interviews using JTBD framework and leveraging tools such as Userzoom or other interviewing software.
Design Sprint moderation experience with at least three of the following product tools: Figma/Invision, Miro, JIRA, Confluence Salesforce, Optimizely, FullStory, Tableau, Google Analytics.
Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery, development, strategic planning, and prioritization to gain multi-level cross-functional stakeholder buy-in.
Create strategic roadmaps based on business impact and customer needs identification using tools such as Monday or Product Plan.
Manage product execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality standards, and scope.

Base Salary: $107,099-135,325 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
