JOB DESCRIPTION

　　The position of Technical Product Manager is responsible to work with Ford Credit China business/IT partners and global technical teams to manage Document Management Systems, to design and deliver solutions to support Ford Credit China business

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Develop and manage Ford Credit Document Management Systems and the engineering teams Work closely with the Product Owners to establish and/or contribute to the product roadmap whilst ensuring the engineering teams understand this strategy Ensure applications operation efficiency, security and compliance Initiates or translates the product road map into manageable product features in the backlog Understands business and user priorities, and technical feasibility to prioritize the product backlog and manage risks Ensures the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories that are ready to be estimated for the next two iterations Defines analytics to be collected regarding the product and prioritizes their collection Employs and/or champions Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques Gathers user and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements and inform the product roadmap Communicates openly and frequently with the team by being responsive to in-person prompts Identifies risks, and implements mitigation and contingency plans, focused on early mitigation or elimination of risks Assesses the overall health of the product and prompts key decisions to move it forward Influences vendor(s) in areas of specialty including the content of future product releases and roadmaps Leads IT demand management and portfolio management for solutions

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's degree or above 8+ years working experience and at least 3 years experiences in project management, software development, or another technical field. Solid IT project management experience, familiar with end to end software delivery lifecycle, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Solid technical background: software development, API, DB etc. Good understanding of IT security and controls and IT risk management Familiar with S3 (nice to have) Good understanding of Document Management System (preferred) Experience of DevOps/CICD/GitHub/Java background is preferred Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment Excellent written and verbal communication in English Effective facilitation skills to deliver collaborative strategies and solutions. Demonstrated capability to manage complex initiatives (integration, risks, issues etc.) Experience in design thinking principles Experience in stakeholder management Ability to provide IT expertise to deliver business strategies or recommend alternative solutions Ability to think innovatively to identify product improvements using data and or customer feedback Ability to establish strong working relationships Ability to adapt communication style and approach PMP, ITIL certificate is a plus
