　　About the team:

　　Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our enterprise product strategy by conducting market research to identify current and future trends.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Design and plan security and compliance products tailored for enterprise customers, cover aspects such as information protection, data security, data leakage prevention, and data classification and categorization;

　　- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap for enterprise product access control and security;

　　- Build a portal for privacy risk inspection to improve early warning capabilities;

　　- Build user/tenant feature analysis system to support strategy recommendation function;

　　- Collect and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve product features and functionalities, monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancements or new features.

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor's degree or above, relevant experience in technology product strategy;

　　- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and timely delivery;

　　- Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and post-launch product optimization.

　　- Good data analytics and algorithm analysis skills, proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL is preferred;

　　- Strong product design ability, with experience in designing risk control strategies & product features.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $161280 - $399600 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
