About the role: Product Manager - eCommerce
As the Product Manager eCommerce reporting to the SVP of Product, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering the product roadmap to drive the growth of our B2C and B2B business across all digital channels. On the Insureon product team, you'll get to solve interesting problems every day for small business owners as well as our internal customers and have a direct and visible impact on the features and enhancements we bring to market.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to deliver eCommerce products that drive customer engagement and conversion, provide a superior consumer experience, and empower our internal operations teams to be as successful and efficient as possible.
Your day to day Drive the ideation, planning, development, and launch of innovative insurtech products and features in support of core company growth goals. Collaborate closely with Business, UX/Design, SEO, Content, and Engineering teams to define requirements and build products that deliver value to our customers and business. Identify opportunities to improve the user journey and drive revenue growth. Drive roadmap execution while clarifying scope, removing blockers, and anticipating risk via frequent, clear communication with all internal teams and stakeholders. Focus on quantitative analysis and leverage those insights to drive meaningful decisions to grow the business. Support rapid site experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing. Partner with head of SEO/SEM and Content team to develop and measure personalized site experiences. What you'll bring to the team Passion for solving consumer-facing problems, developing user workflows, strategies and roadmaps, and executing those plans to drive value to our business and customers. Adept at using quantitative and qualitative research to make intelligent and informed product decisions, including A/B and multivariate testing, user research, etc. Strong business mindset and intellectual curiosity. Solid technical product management experience delivering software solutions. Ability to document complex business requirements and technical needs in clear, concise, and effective manner. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a "roll-up your sleeves" attitude. Strong collaborator who knows how to drive decision-making with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Analytics, Sales, Customer Acquisition and Business partners. Compelling communicator who can rally a team around an idea. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Familiarity with digital demand best practices, including SEO, social, paid media, content testing and personalization, email, and SMS. 5-10 years' experience in product management, ideally including eCommerce growth, acquisition, and user funnels. Strong background in Agile product development. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or related field; MBA a plus. Familiarity in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sitecore Analytics, etc.) a plus. Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
