　　Job Description As Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our talented engineering team and drive the planning and delivery for the Pin Payments product. You'll have the unique opportunity to add huge value to our merchants and partners, and directly influence the business’ growth.

　　You will work closely with teams in both Melbourne and Perth to discover, design, build and release new features and updates that will help our customers achieve big things. You’ll also be a contributor towards our product marketing efforts, working with our existing marketing and design team.

　　Hybrid Working Model: All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). We’ve worked towards enabling teams to work collaboratively in the same space, while also being able to partner with colleagues globally. 　　How you’ll make an impact

　　Product Roadmap: Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap. Collaborate with the team to prioritise features and enhancements based on customer feedback and OKRs. Requirements Gathering: Document detailed product requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise and aligned with the product strategy.Engineering Oversight: Provide the engineering team with clarity on product requirements, priorities and timelines. Address any roadblocks or questions that arise during development.Documentation: Maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, marketing collateral and product announcements.Product Marketing: Be the product input to our marketing team to enable effective and impactful product marketing communications.Sales Support: Support the sales team with presales activities, including product demonstrations. Help showcase how the product can address a customer's specific challenges and provide a tailored experience.  Active Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and customer satisfaction. Qualifications What we’re looking for

　　You have 3+ years of Product Management experience, leading end-to-end product lifecycles from feature discovery to production release.You think from the customer perspective, and are able to balance future opportunities versus immediate needs.You are data-driven, you clearly define success metrics and measure progress against them.You are comfortable with technical products and have some exposure to APIs and SQL.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Desire and drive to work in a fast paced and high growth environment.
