The ITSM Process Management team is looking for a highly motivated Process Analyst to join our dynamic team of talented individuals.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:Support processes for Knowledge, Incident, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog as they relate to service managementCreate and manage Problem records from identification to resolutionPerform trend analysis to identify recurring issues and pain points for end usersEvaluate how system changes will impact customersCollaborate with development and testing teams on resolutions to reported issues and problemsCreate, approve, and manage Knowledgebase articlesCompare records in ServiceNow against documentation best practicesCollaborate with various stakeholders to ensure proper service level managementRequired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platformGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Expertise in Excel a plusCritical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to host and facilitate meetingsHigh School diplomaPreferred Qualifications:Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's Knowledge, Incident, Catalog, and Reporting applicationsWorking knowledge of HTML or other coding languageExperience with training or presenting to large audiencesCandidates near an office location will be required to be on site 3 days per month.

Salary/ Wage Range
$18.56 - $27.26 / hour
