  Meet Our Team:

  We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Advisory Partner (TAP) to join our dynamic People team. The TAP will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement and organizational success by providing expert support in employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, reporting & analytics, as well as, recruiting.

  Picture Yourself at Pega:

  This role will heavily focus on handling employee relations matters, which typically involves investigations, coaching managers on how to handle low performance and playing a key role in helping managers and employees work through a restructuring from beginning to end. All of which are critically important to the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis.

  In addition, this role will dedicate time to providing ad hoc support in various HR capabilities such as workforce planning, organizational design, and reporting & analytics. The TAP will work together with People Business Partners in support of business objectives and deliverables, which could include talent cultivation and rewards initiatives to ensure the growth and retention of our most valuable asset - our employees.

  What You've Accomplished:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Relations.Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, organizational design, reporting analytics, and recruiting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.High level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CICP) is a plus.EU language skills are desirable.Pega Offers You:Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of productsContinuous learning and development opportunitiesAn innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environmentCompetitive global benefits program inclusive of pay + bonus incentive, employee equity in the company#LI-Remote #LI-PD1
