We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Advisory Partner (TAP) to join our dynamic People team. The TAP will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement and organizational success by providing expert support in employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, reporting & analytics, as well as, recruiting.

This role will heavily focus on handling employee relations matters, which typically involves investigations, coaching managers on how to handle low performance and playing a key role in helping managers and employees work through a restructuring from beginning to end. All of which are critically important to the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis.
In addition, this role will dedicate time to providing ad hoc support in various HR capabilities such as workforce planning, organizational design, and reporting & analytics. The TAP will work together with People Business Partners in support of business objectives and deliverables, which could include talent cultivation and rewards initiatives to ensure the growth and retention of our most valuable asset - our employees.
