As a Principal Product Manager on one of Intuit's highly visible growth teams, your mission is to drive step change in enabling the 2-sided network at scale, usher in technological transformation to modernize supply and demand management. You will play a key role in creating Intuit's enduring competitive differentiations around service operations technologies, solving critical problems such as scheduling, dynamic demand and supply balancing, routing and system optimization. You will partner with senior business leaders to create product strategy, requirements and prioritization for our platform partners, collaborate closely with product managers, architects, data science, and designers across Intuit businesses to bring these benefits to Full Service customers.
What you'll bring
8+ years designing and delivering world-class services in a Product Management or System Architect role. Proven track record of delivering results that impact critical business metrics. Experience with 2-sided network and scaling operations is a plus. Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions. Insanely curious with a strong attention to design details.Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones. Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsExcellent communication skills - both oral and written and a track record of gainingthe confidence executive management.Energized by working across multiple functions. Strong partnership and influence skill - driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams. Demonstrated curiosity and passion in learning and understanding new technology, creative problem solving. AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences a plus.Experience developing and coaching high-performance teamsBachelor's degree required, equivalent experience will be considered
