The Amazon Pay team is looking for a Principal Product Manager Technical to drive a new Rewards program from conception to scale, making Amazon Pay the most rewarding digital wallet for Prime customers for all of their payment needs. This role will be responsible for creating a long-term rewards strategy, building new rewarding experiences for our customers, and influencing internal teams to unlock scale.
The ideal candidate dreams big on how we can bring value to our customers and has experiencing delivering proofs of concept to scaled launches. This is the right role for you if you are creative, aren’t afraid of initial blockers, are at home in a financial model, and have a proven track record of getting things done.
Key job responsibilities
Developing a new rewards concept end-to-end, from the customer experience vision and financial model to a live and scaled product
Earn trust and drive cross-functional partnership to deliver your vision with senior leaders across other Amazon Payments organizations, Prime, and Santos (Buy with Prime).
Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer with an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience including customer segmentation and across core customer groups: buyer, merchant, and partner customers.
Partner closely with the engineering organization on developing and scaling the architecture to deliver your vision, understanding and guiding where there are technical synergies with other organizations (Amazon Pay India, Amazon Advertising, BwP, and Retail).

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management
Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly digital services and customer-facing features.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
