In the role of Sr. Director, Product Management, you will be a key contributor within Comcast Technology Solution’s exciting new cyber security business unit, which sells SaaS and subscription security solutions to the large enterprise and federal government. Currently, two solutions, BluVector and DataBee, both used internally by the Comcast CISO organization, are sold by the business unit. DataBee is the BU’s growth engine and is an innovative security & governance, risk, and compliance data fabric platform. Reporting to Vice President Product Management & Technology Alliances of the CTS Cyber Security business unit, you will be a product owner for key components in the DataBee data fabric platform. You are expected to use past creative experience, product management skills and sound business judgment to make decisions on the best way to create a product that delights customers and meets our business objectives.

Ability to e volve the vision, roadmap, and definition of success for key areas of a multi-use data fabric platform
A bility to own and d rive data fabric platform components , enterprise data fabric features, and expand use cases built on a multi-use data platform
Think about how to drive the best possible experiences to demo cratize data for customers and identify ways to make workflows painless while delighting users on their journey to help manage large multi-use datasets, optimize data costs, analyze and deliver actionable insights , and meet the needs of cross-functional enterprise teams looking to accelerate their data strategy
Understand customer and user needs in-depth, concisely communicate user stories, and work with engineering teams to translate those needs into clear priorities, a compelling roadmap, and high-impact innovative features
Guide engineering team and deliver high-quality products
Develop and communicate roadmap to customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with the leadership and cross-functional teams for alignment and support
Stay abreast of the latest trends in the data fabric space
Some travel required and may vary (once a quarter and possibility of a few times a quarter).
Additional Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent experience
6 + years of experience in product management, preferably for a SaaS product in cloud based data warehousing
Experience in data visualization, data privacy & compliance, search & query, self-service analytics
Must have experience or knowledge in some of the following areas: databases, SQL concepts, big data, public cloud data technologies , Cloud Data Platforms ( e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Security Lake, etc )
Proven track record of developing products in an agile development environment
Shipped end-user facing products with positive customer reviews
Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to persuade and influence without authority, with a strong bias for action
Self-starter and always looking for new way to improve product and team efficiencies
Willingness to learn, get into the details, and figure out things

Experience working in companies of different sizes , ideally a mix of startup and large companies

Salary:
National Pay Range: $105,918.39 USD-$248,246.24 USD
