The Value You Deliver
Daily activities will involve designing, development, automated testing, meeting with technology peers (including architecture) to work through technical designs, supporting other developers on the team with their deliverables, and participating in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand up, Backlog grooming, Retrospective meetings)Gathers requirements and runs or participates in the systems design effort.Develop maintainable standard and scalable solutions. Ensure the junior team members follow the same principles.Adhering to project timelines, addressing, and resolving technical issues.Ensuring code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing are completed efficiently and effectively.Fosters teamwork/motivation and spirit of collaboration with project team and business and systems partnersProviding technical leadership and mentoring to more junior team members.
The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$179,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
