Principal Consultant - Business Consulting (SAP PMO, PMA)

　　Infosys Consulting is seeking SAP Transformation consultants looking for long-term growth and career enhancing opportunities leveraging SAP to solve our customer's most challenging issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of project experience from project prepare phase through deploy and run phases. The candidate should have strong business and SAP background and be experienced in interfacing with client executives, business, and IT client members in consultative project engagements.

　　About the Role

　　As a Principal Consultant, you will assist in the delivery and execution of engagements. You will build on your experience participating in and contributing to transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with client counterparts on a daily basis. You will also be involved in developing innovative ideas and solutions with the objective of providing value-adding consulting services that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

　　Practice Development

　　Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training and retentionParticipate in practice and company sponsored eventsBuild internal networkBasic Qualifications:

　　Seven(7) years of customer-facing SAP project experience (i.e. PMO, PMA, Testing Management, Cutover Planning & Coordination)Strong stakeholder management skills including executive and higher managementExperience with working on high pressure engagements with strict timelinesProactiveness towards identifying potential risks and agility to work across the teams on mitigationBasic Microsoft Office Suite (or similar) skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)Experience with of Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverablesSolid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAbility and willingness to travel 80%, typically Monday - ThursdayUndergraduate degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of educationMexican Citizen and willing to travel between 4-5 days per week to U.S., LATAM, and México locations.Preferred Qualifications:
