Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
Your tasks will be:
Preparation of enquiries, offer comparisons and cost analysesSupport in the coordination tasks of purchasingParticipation in supplier management and identification of missing order confirmationsDevelopment and optimisation of processesSupport in escalation managementTracking improvement measures for the procurement teamSupport in the reduction of inventories
What your background should look like:
Degree in Economics or a comparable degree programme in the relevant fieldConfident handling of MS Office, Knowledge of SAP is an advantageVery good knowledge of English and GermanTeam and communication skillsIndependent and structured way of working
