About the Role
Location: Barcelona, Spain #LI-Hybrid
We are seeking for a P&O Project Manager & Assistant (m/f/d) who will be responsible for a specific area of the function for the successful delivery of P&O programs/policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on various P&O processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, succession planning and OTR to achieve the Unit's goals, in close cooperation with the respective process experts.
• Compile specified P&O Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and format for reporting.
• Supervise the performance and development of a small team.
• Participate or lead Implement P&O Projects at country or business unit level.

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, Social Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of applicable experience in Project Management and solid international experience in P&O and PO IT projects.
• Excellent English spoken and written.
• Solid proficiency in strategy build out and development.
• Collaborating across boundaries.
• Resilience, business mindset, change management, operational excellence.
• Stress management, performance management, problem solving, workforce administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
We offer temporary employment of 6 months, with the potential for extension afterwards.
