Provides Pre- and/or After-Sales support for customers / Partner & sales teams for technical issues (product, application, configuration). Performs technical and operational support, remotely or on-site, to integrate products into customers' technical infrastructure or their products.
What part will you play?
In-depth technical expertise in Fire Safety Products (Fire Alarm, Danger Management System, Public Announcement and Voice Alarm, Extinguishing, etc.) and Security Products (Access Control, VMS, Integration Software, etc.) is essential.
Additional technical knowledge of Building Automation Products and Systems (BMS, KNX, etc.) is a plus.
Assist customers and Sales with technical product selection, system configuration, technical specification, application questions and other pre-sales technical support
Performs site surveys to develop base design or installation plans.
Completes technical analyses and supports proposal process at any stage as part of the sales team.
Analyzes customers' technical setup to better judge on pre- and/or after-sales support requirements.
Acts as standardized interface to customer with escalation paths within RC and escalation paths towards HQ
Perform internal or external product trainings.

What you need to make real what matters.
Minimum 3-8 years of work experience in similar areas
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Advanced level of English
