Precision Agricultural Services Inc., a subsidiary of Cargill Limited, is a full-service agricultural retail business with 4 facilities located in southeast Saskatchewan, specializing in Crop Nutrition, Crop Protection, and Pedigreed Seed.

Available shift: 1st shift, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
Principal Accountabilities:
Assisting customers as required
Ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the granular fertilizer facility, bulk seed facility, and agri-chemical warehouses, including shipping and receiving, inventory management and maintenance as well
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintaining yard and office
Completing regular inventory counts and maintaining records
Following established procedures for loading and receiving product
Verifying and ensuring all documentation is accurate
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Maintaining strict confidentiality
Completing other duties and projects as required
Required Qualifications:
Must be legally entitled to work for Precision-ag in Canada
Precision-ag requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
Possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver’s Licence in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Production or Plant experience
Possess a valid Canadian Full Class 1A Driver’s Licence in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment.
