　　About the Team

　　The Physical Security Project Management team is part of the Corporate Services department and we aim to provide employees with a safe working environment through integrated intelligent system construction, efficient system operation and maintenance, and working area construction based on security strategy, etc. Our team focuses on how to use systematic tools to support physical security management and safeguard the company's operations globally.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Understand the architecture of security equipment and IoT systems, independently build a content security analysis system and metric dashboard, that provide insights into monitoring, analyzing security operations, and risk warnings.

　　2. Responsible for the collection and operation of physical security data, including identifying analysis, attribution, and tracking of abnormal data, identifying potential business issues, and providing data recommendations for business decisions.

　　3. Periodically generate physical security analysis reports, lead special analyses, and provide insights into business risk issues.

　　4. Drive the development and delivery of analysis projects, including requirement gathering, development planning, risk management, progress tracking, and resource coordination.

　　Qualifications

　　Requirements:

　　1. With a background in mathematics, statistics, or related fields. Experience in strategic analysis and building metric systems is preferred.

　　2. Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, knowledge of cloud computing, IoT, and smart solution businesses, a comprehensive understanding of business and application architecture, and experience in industrial implementation are preferred.

　　3. Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI, with experience in building business data dashboards.

　　4. Proficient in SQL, skilled in using data warehousing tools such as Spark and Hive, and proficient in Python.

　　5. Strong curiosity and self-drive, excellent communication skills, ability to coordinate resources in cross-departmental communication, discover and analyze clues, and optimize analysis approaches.
