AMBER is the new hybrid-electric technology demonstration program that will integrate the Catalyst engine with electrical power from fuel cells.

Essential Responsibilities
As Performance and Controls integration Leader in this organization, you will:
Work with the disciplines of Performance, Controls, Operability & Transient to ensure all aspects of the propulsion system are integrated and meet the demonstration objectivesEnsure the response of gas turbine and hybrid electric branch are integrated, ensuring the system operates satisfactorily during demonstrationsCoordinate the performance and control schedule evolution that meets the program timeline and objectivesWork with the AMBER Systems organization to ensure the program meets the execution and technical objectives defined on time and budgetContribute to the definition and completeness of the requirements for the program and system specification, owning the flowdown of performance and control requirementsContribute to the technology maturation roadmap of AMBER, ensuring proper validation means for your areaLead and support technical and program reviewsPresent the results and findings to wide audiences from technical experts to executive leadershipEnsure compliance with best practices and processesEnsure proper documentation of all work
Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in Engineering from an accredited UniversityExperience on steady state performance and control of gas turbine enginesFamiliarity with transient response and operability of gas turbine enginesFamiliarity with electrical systems or componentsFamiliarity with Research and Technology development processesFluency in EnglishWork Visa, according to local regulation, is required

Aircraft integration and aircraft requirements management experienceExperience in different gas turbine modules/disciplines and systems engineeringFamiliar with Product Development of complex products/systemsFamiliarity with sensors and actuators response and operationPassionate about Aviation products and innovationCan do attitude capable to manage uncertainty and changing environmentsExperience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment
