Healthcare + Facilities
Per Diem Employee
This is a temporary role to assist our center of excellence (mobilization team) with new healthcare account openings.
Per diem employees travel to newly opened accounts and are paid on an hourly basis.
Travel expenses and meals are reimbursed by Aramark.
Able to work in one or more of the following service lines:
Environmental ServiceLinen/Laundry ServiceOperations and MaintenanceTransportation Services (internal and external)
? Perform on-site services to new mobilizations, and support to existing facilities as directed by the Healthcare + Director of Support CoE
All Service Lines:
Initial set-up of facility data in Facility Fit Pro (buildings, employees, shifts, etc.),Physical inventory of spaces collecting square footage, surfaces, and fixture data and entering in the Facility Fit Pro ProgramAdd personnel in the People Module of Facility Fit Pro
Environmental Service:
Conduct the building inventory for Environmental ServiceWrite employee task (Cleaning) schedules in Facility Fit Pro Assemble equipment as directedProvide Aramark Training to cleaning proceduresProvide interim management as neededWorking knowledge of cleaning regulatory and infection control requirements
Laundry and Linen Operations
Write Linen/laundry schedules based on productivity standards Provide training to linen/laundry personnelProvide interim management as neededWorking knowledge of linen/laundry regulatory and infection control requirements
Service Lines continued:
Operations and Maintenance
Physical inventory of building equipment that is to be included in the ongoing Preventive maintenance (PM) Program. (Includes labeling, collection of descriptive data, establishing asset record in Facility Fit Pro, and Setting Risk Factors and Tier Levels) Production rate: 80-100 assets per day or 150K sqft per wk. Generating the initial set of Preventive Maintenance work requests, Reviewing and tailoring (in coordination with the facility maintenance staff) the PM task descriptions and frequencies for specific facility needs, Providing basic Facility Fit Pro user orientation to maintenance staff, Documenting physical appearance and condition of the building and equipment at time of our contract start. Provide interim management as neededWorking knowledge of O&M regulatory requirements
Transportation
Inventory transport locations for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Write transport schedules based on productivity standards Train transporters in proper transport movement and safety proceduresProvide interim management as neededWorking Knowledge of transport regulatory requirements
Responsibilities:
? Exemplify Aramark?s safety culture and participate in Aramark SAFE practices
? Adhere to all established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment.
? Comply with OSHA, EPA, and other local, state, and federal regulations
? Maintain compliance with Aramark?s standards of operation, Business Conduct Policy.
? Maintains compliance with all requirements of Federal, State, and local regulations and guidelines including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.

Qualifications
? Managers should have five to seven years of management and technical experience in Facilities Management related field.
? Prior healthcare support service experience preferred
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
