DaVita is currently seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our Galaxy team as the strategic thought partner to our Group Vice President for the Galaxy Palmer. Team Galaxy includes 380+ dialysis centers across 5 states with over 6000 teammates (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and Arkansas).
As the People Services (Human Resources) Director for Galaxy you will focus on human capital strategies and organizational objectives to achieve strong business results and support our People Services Vision for the Galaxy Palmer.

About this role:
The primary role of a People Services Director and your team of People Service Managers (HR Business Partners) is to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions of a high performing, dynamic regional division comprised of 380 dialysis centers and hospital partnerships located in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and Arkansas. This division has approximately $1 billion in revenue and over 6000 teammates.

You'll be an integral part of the leadership team, so you'll need to understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on People and Organizational topics. It's your role to drive and execute the People Strategy that will support teammates in realizing their wildest ambitions. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done. You'll partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts to staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work. As part of our culture, you'll also have the opportunity to be hands-on, working side by side with Village leaders to get things done on a variety of People-related areas. As a core part of this hands-on work, you will be rolling out programs to support Village-wide initiatives - including compensation, performance and talent programs. More specifically, we are looking for a: Operational Advisor - Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution to the Group Vice President and Division Vice Presidents. Provide insightful data to influence decision making and provide proactive solutions. Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions. Talent Manager - Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development. Coach - Consult and collaborate with DaVita's leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions at DaVita. Our ideal candidate will have: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MA/MS/MBA degree is a plus 5+ years of senior level HR Business Partner experience in a multi-unit environmentTeam Leadership Experience - this role has four direct reports - People Service ManagersGreat at influencing through data, expertise and strong relationships. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment being part of deeply complex strategy discussions Great communication skills and understand how to communicate large, complex change Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis What We'll Provide:
