Job Description
As part of the job, you will be requested to support the initiation, management and tracking of facilities organization's people programs in Kiryat Gat, including:
Recruiting and integration of new employees, development of training materials & employees programs, fun events, videos creation, reports analysis and more.
In addition, you will be addressing administrative tasks, project related activities,
reports creation and analysis etc.
You will be working with technician, engineers and managers, managing good
interfaces with HR, finance partners and others.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
You should be a student currently registered to or pursuing M.B.A. or a MA degree in fields of relevant studies (Organizational behavior studies, organizational psychology studies, HR studies, etc)Availability to work 3 days a weekRemamining time to graduation: minimum 3 semesters
Additional qualifications include:
Work experience in recruiting, training materials development - a must.HR experience from global companies is an adtantageAnalytical skills: high proficiency in Excel and data analysis.knowledge in Canva/presentations and videos editing - an advantage.Strong PC skills including advanced PowerPoint and WordGreat team work, innovation, creativity, comfortable working in a fast-paced.Great communication skills both in Hebrew and in EnglishAbility to work independently and to multitask

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
