We are looking for a People Operations Specialist for our Uzbekistan office to strengthen our team.

　　In this role, you will advise EPAM managers, offering insights on HR-related matters and innovative HR solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass developing, embedding and supporting HR processes in the daily functions of a specific organizational unit or project.

　　What You'll Do Establish regular reporting and evaluation of the key HR KPIs within a department Devise and coordinate HR strategy for a specific unit/project, and if needed, drive change initiatives Identify critical people management issues within an organizational unit/project and provide well-reasoned solutions Enhance the company's internal HR brand and internal communications within a department Implement and monitor employees' satisfaction rate Collaborate with project leads to enhance team performance, aligning goals and values Ensure effective onboarding processes for the project Develop and implement career and succession plans for key individuals within the account What You Have
