  What we do:

  The People Experience Product Owner will play a key role in the successful execution of enhancing the people experience through process excellence and technology. As part of the People (HR) Operations team, you will define and shape the People experience process and technology solutions, bringing together various teams and stakeholders to scope, execute and deliver innovative solutions. This role combines both leadership and facilitation with hands-on, roll-your-sleeves up effort to realize our product roadmaps and vision.

  The focus of this role will be to support our People (HR) service delivery model in the services, processes, and technology that supports TTD's growth and employee focus. This includes implementing a best-in-class knowledge and case management tool along with a digital experience transformation that will accelerate workforce productivity, upgrade the employee experience, and improve our end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

  What you'll do:

  Partnership and Delivery:

  Proactively partners with a variety of stakeholders across the enterprise to champion change across process and technology and facilitate solution and product delivery. Relationships include People Technology, People Analytics, People Solutions, Performance Enablement, People Relations, Benefits, Global Mobility, Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Internal Communications, Workplace Services, Business Engineering, IT Operations, and Security/Risk Management.Actively monitors the digital people experience and ensures touch points are aligned and integrated.Uses relevant metrics and data driven insights to measure and improve processes, operational efficiency, and the end-user experience.

  Product and Stakeholder Management:

  Collaborates with individual teams across the People (HR) function to understand key priorities, define expectations, and facilitate the development of roadmaps and operational plans.Listens and gathers feedback from key stakeholders and end-users and translates requirements into product roadmaps for the People (HR) function.Owns end to end design and delivery for People Experience products and processes.Offers expertise and applies external benchmarking and industry research to TTD's operational and roadmap goals.

  Business Analysis, Process Design, and Stakeholder Management:

  Actively leads and conducts process analysis and redesign, including identifying pain points, conducting root cause analysis, recommending improvements, and developing processes.Maps the end-to-end employee experience thru journeys and uses a thoughtful design-thinking approach to ensure an end-to-end process view and optimal user experience.Uses data and metrics to guide team members during product lifecycle and end-to-end process design, facilitating decisions based on verifiable data and design principles.

  Who you are:

  Bachelor's degree and/or Masters in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.10+ years -experience in enabling digital employee experience initiatives and leading technology innovation in fast growing, global organizations.Proven track record and subject-matter-expertise with knowledge and case management tools for employee engagement.Expertise in a transformative People (HR) service delivery change model, with a focus on operational efficiencies, continuous improvement, and the digital employee experience with a focus on UX Design principles.In-depth knowledge across the breadth of People (HR) programs, practices, and processes.Strong project management skills and familiar with agile methodology.Hands on business analysis and process design expertise, with Six Sigma process improvement methodology required.Experience with design thinking, partnering, and building relationships to design and implement innovative solutions.Involved in full cycle product management cycle from demand analysis to design, development, deployment, and on-going adoption/support.Able to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced, deliverable-focused environment.Consultative approach in collaborating with multiple, varying stakeholders on complex projects.Proven presentation and influencing skills, with ability to cater communication to various levels of the organization.Innovative mind-set, with understanding of emerging industry trends and external benchmarking.

  NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only: In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.   At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is$83,000-$152,100 USD
