Job Summary
Solves pay issues of medium complexity correctly and efficiently. Enters pay-related data into computerized templates. Visually examines prepared templates for accuracy. Creates and distributes templates and/or reports to appropriate internal departments or external vendors.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Enters pay-related data into computerized templates.Pulls employee pay records upon request (e.g. pay stubs, W2's, pay history, etc.)Distributes template(s) to appropriate recipient for the processing of payroll.May compile payroll data.Handles pay issues of mid-level complexity from employees, supervisors and HR professionals.May collaborate with both internal and external customers to ensure accurate payroll.Reviews any adjustments processed by or reported to the financial institution in reference to bank reconciliations.May perform general ledger (GL) error resolutions.May provide input into payroll procedures.May participate in payroll projects.Performs other data-entry related duties as needed.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
High School Diploma or GED at a minimum and 2+ years of Payroll-related experience, preferred

Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.
Incumbent is required to have:
Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm's reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
