Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Payroll Analyst.

　　What you'll do:

　　Job Summary

　　This position is responsible of the preparation and payment of payroll including benefits, calculation and payment of taxes, attention to inspections of diferents ministries and companies

　　Job Responsibilities

　　A. Implement and administer policies and procedures consistent with Corporate and Plant guidelines to ensure consistent and fair administration., low and salary changes at Tress and IMSS.

　　B. Training in benefits for new employees.

　　C. Accountable od Hourly & Salary personal payroll payment.

　　D. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports (HR Metrics).

　　E. Prepare and send information to the finance department (policies, check supports).

　　F. Request cards and grocery vouchers calculation.

　　G. Participation in salary surveys.

　　Qualifications:

　　Education level required

　　College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar.

　　Years and area of experience required

　　3-5 years experience in HR.

　　Technical knowledge

　　Experience in pay roll & Knowledge in law local requirements (LFT).

　　Skills:

　　Soft skills

　　BOC, Ethical, Transparent, Get results, Accountable.
