　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Greet and assist patients in a courteous and welcoming manner.

　　Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information accurately.

　　Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and tests, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

　　Explain financial responsibilities, insurance coverage, and payment options to patients.

　　Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and complete patient information.

　　Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorization for procedures as needed.

　　Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

　　Resolve patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

　　Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) accurately.

　　Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.

　　Assist in optimizing patient access processes and workflows.

　　Requirements

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and retrieval.

　　Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures.

　　Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

　　Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

　　Customer service-oriented approach with a patient-centered mindset.

　　Adaptability to a fast-paced healthcare environment.

　　Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

　　Flexibility to work shifts as required, maintaining a consistent schedule.
