Ibotta is seeking an Partnership Support Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
Partnership Support Managers play a crucial role on the Client Partnerships team. They own campaign execution, drive strategy and facilitate cross-functional collaboration while building strong relationships with our Retail clients.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Work with clients from campaign inception through campaign conclusion, acting as point-person for campaign execution and reportingExecute campaigns flawlessly with exceptional attention to detail, systems mastery, cross functional partnership and follow throughUse internal ticketing systems to partner with cross-functional teams in executing client campaigns.Ensure client's objectives/KPIs are achieved, yielding successful campaign performanceMonitor campaigns to measure performance and create recap decksEstablish relationships with contacts at multiple brand partners while executing detailed content marketing campaignsRetain, expand, and upsell current partners to support team gross profit targetsPartner with Client Partnerships counterparts to ensure they have the tools and insights to grow brand relationships and build future campaignsUtilize analytics tools for client reportingWork within a team environment, but balance priorities and manage workload independentlyEmbrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & A good idea can come from anywhere
What we are looking for:
1-2 years of experience managing campaigns or similar relevant experienceBachelor's degree preferredTechnical Skills: G SuiteMust be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivatedGood communication skills, both written and verbal (Candidates do a mock case study as part of the hiring process)Ability to capitalize on past marketing/project management experience to work with clients and internal partners to facilitate campaigns

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.Base compensation range: $60,000-$75,000.
