Summary:
Meta is seeking a Partner Solutions Lead to support our NORAM Creators team within the Global Partnerships org. The Creators Partnerships team manages Meta’s product and business relationships with our growing community of content creators around the world.The Partner Solutions team works to ensure a seamless experience for creators on our platform through deep product expertise, content strategy and business analytics. This is a unique opportunity to lead a fast-growing team and optimize how Creators use Meta platforms to build their business. This role will work closely with leadership, Strategic Partner Managers, Product, Strategy & Operations, and other teams to improve the creators experience across Meta.

Lead and manage a team of Partner Solutions Managers, supporting the strategy for the NORAM Creators team by operationalizing the regional partnerships and product strategy
Drive direction of Creators Partner Solutions team
setting goals and expectations, reviewing them on a regular basis
Develop an understanding of Partnerships' goals and help determine new strategies and ways to track progress
Proactively analyze and communicate metrics, product and vertical trends as they relate to the Creators ecosystem and Meta prodict priorities
Manage complex projects across multiple XFN teams to drive operational efficiencies across Partnerships teams
Use data to identify opportunities and deliver insights to improve Creators performance
Align with product and operations teams on strategic roadmaps, product strategies for Partnerships and priority verticals
enabling the team to scale product expertise
Proactively advocate for our Creator partners and push issues toward resolution. Serve as an internal advocate in connecting teams to product and operational solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Extensive experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management in the context of the entertainment and/or content strategy industry
Experience managing people and building high-performing teams
Proven and experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in changing environments
Knowledge of the Creator/ Public Figures ecosystem
Communication and presentation skills, and the experience serving as a spokesperson for Meta
Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
Experience analyzing data to tell a story and make recommendations
Public Compensation:
$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
