  2 days ONSITE in Durant, Oklahoma​​​​​​

  Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Paid Media Manager manages multiple digital marketing campaigns across a variety of paid social and digital ad platforms. You will take lead on paid media planning, collaborating with Communications teams to brainstorm out-of-the-box tactics that support marketing and advertising strategies. You will report to the Advertising Manager.

  Primary Tasks:

  You will develop paid social campaigns for multiple clients on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.

  You will support clients and team members on paid digital advertising through tools such as Google Ads, GDN, AdRoll, Outbrain or Taboola or other programmatic ad tools.

  Conduct audience, placement, and platform research to help inform paid media strategies and provide direction on specific projects, identifying important messages or value proposition and the best way to communicate or demonstrate this.

  You will translate recommendations on digital experiences into action items by collaborating on organic social and other paid media, including SEO and SEM, to ensure strategies are aligned across all channels.

  Present, together with the Market Research team, quarterly, monthly and weekly reports with analysis of paid media performance along with recommendations for improvement. Use reports to forecast performance and spend for future budget recommendations.

  Apply an analytical approach to campaign planning and management; build hypotheses and test variables, improve ad spend and increase efficiency.

  You will collaborate with agency teams to build integrated campaigns, analyze results, and share insights across channels.

  Work within budget guideline and track all social and paid digital spend.

  Manage a team of associates responsible for media buys and budget tracking.

  MINIMUM

  Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing or related field or four (4) years of relevant experience.

  Marketing/Advertising experience with Meta/FB Business, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat

  Experience in Sprout Social

  Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other site analytics tools

  3 years of experience managing a team

  3+ years digital advertising and paid media experience, with 2+ years building paid social campaigns.
