Job Description

　　In collaboration with the engineering, software development and IT teams, you will ensure reliable and trouble-free operations of our applications like ContiConnect .

　　Your main responsibilities will be:

　　Ensure flawless handling of customer orders, inbound deliveries and warehouse operations;SAP based handling of warehouse stocks, supply planning In line with demand forecast and processing of goods complaints;Ensure trouble free operations of all Digital Solutions related SW (ContiConnect, Onsite-App, Driver App...) and HW (CCU, Telematics Systems, Sensors) solutions, by coordinating the ticket system;Ticket handling according to the defined support concept as 2nd level support;Ensure proper support concept covering the full product / solution portfolio (incl external partners);Support feature releases (planning, communication, feature activation, release notes / documentation).Additional Information

　　QualificationsUniversity degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field;>1 experience in supply chain management/logistics and customer support;SAP knowledge including a strong IT affinity (desirable);Efficient reporting skills (example: Microsoft Power BI);Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban);Experience in project management and report creation (desirable);Passion to perform in a very dynamic and complex work environment outside your comfort zone;Demonstrated customer focus & excellent communication skills;Ability to deal with and resolve conflicting interests and targets;International experience and intercultural sensitivityStrong English skills (written / spoken).Company Description
