　　This is a key leadership role within the Military Value Stream, Aftermarket business at our Wolverhampton facility. The Operations Manager has the responsibility for the day-to-day production and delivery processes.

　　What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

　　Ensuring key business deliverables are met and exceeded, including OTIF, productivity, OEE, budget adherence etc. Driving world class manufacturing / machining methods across your team Working with the module support staff to develop employees into future leaders. Liaise closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure good communication is established and common goals agreed.Identify and drive efficiency improvements. Focus upon waste, direct labour/machine efficiency and through-puts Improve Value Stream performance by executing lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kanban, SIOP, 5S, and Kaizen while maintaining focus on Quality improvements. To create and maintain an environment that encourages and supports change while maintaining compliance and protecting the business What will you bring to the role?
