BASIC PURPOSE
The Maintenance Operations Coordinator will enable distribution center operations by performing general office activities, responding to various inquiries, and directly supporting maintenance leadership as necessary.

Main Ingredients of the Job!
As a US FOODS® Maintenance Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Maintenance leadership team to comply with division policies.
.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
What you bring to the table
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Complete visual walk through throughout the faculty complete applicable check sheets.
Inventory management experience /Maintenance, Sanitation Parts, and Supplies or experience with CCMS Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo)
Support Operations and Maintenance with organization and filing of records according to Records Retention policy.
Track inventory and order basic supplies or parts
Maintain Parts room (organize equipment files, maintain drawing files, print copies as needed for technical staff)
May assist in Document Control
Education/Training:
· High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Related Experience/Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years’ clerical or other warehouse experience is required.
· Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred.
· Experience in food service distribution

· Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the department and the division.
· High since of urgency
· Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally and have strong customer service ability with all levels inside and outside the organization.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (ability to multitask)
· Must be able to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload amid competing priorities.
· Experience dealing with Contractors and Vendors
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Comfortable working in a multi-temperature indoor/outdoor environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required.
