About the Role
This role will take part of Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay (APU) strategic initiatives, pushing the boundaries of our product offerings via strategic unlocks. You will understand and size the opportunities in our portfolio and P&L to recommend actions and partner with central and cross-functional teams to lead on implementation.
From expanding our demand use-cases to launching new products and achieving cost leadership, you will work closely with our core territories teams to enable growth and boost business impact.
We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense and stakeholder management. We are currently operating in 21 cities in APU, and we have a lot of exciting projects going on!
What You'll Do
Strategic Ownership: Proactively identify business needs and issues. Prioritize among projects to define the best path to meet strategic objectives and execute against itBusiness Acumen: Translate insights from operational and financial metrics into strategy and action plans. Develop and apply understanding of the levers that move our businessProblem Solving: Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, actionable solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend best approachProcess Optimization: Execute, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across [the region] and beyond, regularly reviewing performanceProduct Improvement: Propose features or improvements that could enhance the experience on and efficiency of our marketplace, measuring their impact and prioritizing them, in order to advocate for their development.
