About the Role
We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. In this role, you will coordinate our Mexico operations and be a teammate in coming up with allocation strategies to drive growth and operational efficiencies in our product portfolio. This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries.
This role calls for a combination of analytics and ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment.
What You'll Do
Strategic Ownership: Help develop and implement strategy to achieve business priorities in MexicoBusiness Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational and financial metrics to improve executionProblem Solving: Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issuesProduct Improvement: Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our marketplace, measure their impact, and help to implement themStakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholdersHelp develop the allocation strategy for our portafolioActionable insights for the MX leadership team to support investment priorities & key projects to grow our portafolio
