Primary Responsibilities:
Needs Analysis
Conducts needs analysis on aspects (people, process, technology) relating to the interns' performance to identify gaps and improvement points that will have an impact on the business goals
Design & Development
Creates training curriculum, content, and assessments that will efficiently and effectively bridge the identified knowledge and training gaps Contributes ideas in continuously aiming for higher impacting intervention results
Implementation
Conducts training interventions effectively and efficiently to Learning Solutions' interns and leaders, in accordance with the training plan Measures and evaluates the training effectiveness in a systematic and objective manner in relation to the desired results
Administrative Tasks
Plan, publish, and organize training classes Ensures that training rooms are booked and are in great condition for class facilitation Requests training budget, as needed Sends accurate training reports on time Official Training Results Report (Individual/Summary) Updating the ICL Dashboard Daily, weekly, and monthly report
Stakeholder Management
Partners with the interns' Learning Solutions leaders in developing and executing interventions to address the interns' performance gaps Ensures that all insights relating to the interns' performance are communicated accordingly and timely to the Learning Solutions' leaders
Required Qualifications:
At least 2nd year college undergraduate on any course 5 years of trainer experience on any setting More than 1 year of training experience with leadership & development background (particularly in a BPO setting)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in goal-setting, training fundamentals, adult learning principles, ADDIE Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written Solid leadership, facilitation, and classroom management skills (In class and Virtual) Good organizational and time management skills
