  Siemens Factory, Aurangabad

  Main Responsibility

  Site Lead for Aurangabad and allied sites. Provide Electrical Engineering expertise to all the location within RAM Western India.

  Multi Customer Focus, Asset & Property Management (Utilities, Buildings Services) for factory & office, Facilities Management, Space Management, Projects Management (Small & Medium), Environment Health and Safety (EHS) related to Asset Management, Maintenance & Operations Budget Planning, Digitalization, Sustainability. Liaison with statutory agencies. Canteen and Security Services. Growth Mindset.

  Key Responsibility

  Management of multi-factory within City. Focus on Factory Customer (Location in charge, Factory Manager, Commercial team, EHS, within purview of SRE etc)

  Management of Key Performance Indicators for SRE, Manage team of outsourced Facilities Management team for Asset Management of Utilities like Electrical Systems (Transformers, Substation, Electrical LT Panels, Distribution System), Mechanical Systems (HVAC, Air compressors, Water supply, Sewage Treatment Plant, Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Alarm system, CCTV, VESDA etc), Soft services (Housekeeping, Pest Control, Gardening), Building maintenance (Roof, Trusses, Walls, Flooring)

  Building and Utilities Life Cycle Maintenance plan

  Canteen and Pantry services for factory set up

  Security Services for factory set up

  Projects Management for factory expansion, maintenance services. Vendors management. Coordination with architect, design agencies, consultants.

  Environment Health and Safety (EHS) for Maintenance and Projects Management. Ensure Zero Harm Culture (ZHC), Risk assessment, Siemens EHS ten points program.

  Budget planning (long term and short term), Online Systems update for budget, Maintenance Strategy (Capex and Expenses)

  Compliances to various state statutory requirements, factories act, cyber security etc.

  Coordination with SRE central team, EHS, SCM, Sustainability team, Security team, Commercial

  Provide Electrical Engineering expert support to other sites during project planning, review annual maintenance programs for central electrical utilities. Ensure EHS aspects are taken care.

  Required Competencies

  Graduate in Electrical Engineering with factory & office experience of around 15 years. For PG candidate (premium institute) 10 years’ experience at Key positions.

  People management skills. Business & Customer focus. Stakeholder management.

  Digital acumen, proficiency in digital tools and systems. Prepare Power point presentations for management review.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.

  Result oriented, Sense of urgency, Drive a culture of owner ship, accountability and continuous improvement.

  Commercial skills required for meeting SRE goals.
