Background & Purpose of the Job
eCommerce is the fastest growing segment of the retail industry, and Unilever has made it a top priority to accelerate in this channel as a key growth driver. These goals drive the need for passionate eCommerce individuals to propel us to growth. The Omnichannel Delivery Associate Manager is responsible for embedding eCommerce business operations into the way we manage multiple strategic delivery platform relationships, and rapidly growing our omnichannel turnover and share. This role will accelerate Unilever's eCommerce sales by developing, enabling and operating omnichannel delivery businesses at scale.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
The Omnichannel Delivery Associate Manager will collaborate with the Omnichannel Delivery Lead and Performance Marketing Manager to develop an informed point of view on what is needed to drive sustainable growth . Moreover, s/he will optimize business operations and performance across multiple delivery platforms by utiliz ing numerous tools to unpack data and key performance indicators, and then act on those data points to drive results. A typical week may include the creation and evaluation of data analytics, category story build s, budget reconciliation, end-to-end digital content optimization , profitability modeling , and analyzing digital marketing performance . Knowledge of eCommerce and online fulfillment is essential to lead the conversation with cross-functional teams and our field partners in order to fully integrate o mnichannel delivery considerations into the plan.
The Omnichannel Delivery Associate Manager will be a key talent for digital leadership positions in the future. S/he needs to be a disruptive thinker who can see opportunities and inspire the team to deliver, but also be an operator who can navigate the organization efficiently, and work through any roadblocks that may arise.

What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree required A minimum of 2-4 years of industry experience in CPG within sales/customer development or brand marketing roles; eCommerce experience is highly preferred Strong data, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills; experience with Excel and PowerPoint is required Advanced-level retail financial acumen preferred, including sales forecasting, profitability and working knowledge of trade and media investment Working knowledge of eCommerce retail basics, traffic and conversion drivers, search, the consumer's path to purchase journey and omnichannel customer models and fulfillment methods What We Can Offer You:

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700 . Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
