WHAT YOU'LL DO
You solve problems before anyone knows that a problem exists! As a dynamic, driven part-time Office Assistant, you will be the jack-of-all-trades support of our headquarter office space in Budapest, where we have a very diverse team of consultants and a great support staff. You can expect a fast-paced, never-boring job, where you will ensure that our office is well-supplied, our branded materials delivered, our candidates and guests experience a smooth process!
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Building working relationships with key stakeholders. You're extremely people focused with a certain 'joie de vivre'.
You're proactive, looking ahead at what needs to be done on all dimensions.
You're highly professional and diplomatic, you know when to ask for help or advice, are perceptive and practical.
Providing high-level support in a fast-paced and changing client service environment to our present Reception Staff. You sweat the small stuff, have strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
In progress education in tourism, hotel management or commerce, supplemented with training or prior experience as a receptionist or work experience in a similar position.
A valid Hungarian student status is required, as employment would be through an external student organization.
Organizational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic, ready to provide or go with creative solutions.
Excellent command of English and Hungarian, both verbally and in written manner.
* Computer proficiency: Windows applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook.
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be working with and supporting on a very hands-on basis our two Office Assistants. You will be reporting to the Office Operations Manager in the Budapest Office. Your support will be much needed with some operational activities (eg. Xmas Gift preparations, etc) at our Assistant Team as well., but on top of this you'll be working with other functional support team members from Marketing, Recruiting, IT, etc. The team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and troubleshooting and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG.
