Job Description:
Capgemini is seeking an experienced and skilled Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Architect specializing in the Hyland Nuxeo platform. This role encompasses designing, developing, and implementing ECM and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of ECM, strong technical expertise in Hyland Nuxeo, and proficiency in related technologies. The role demands a strategic thinker capable of executing successful Nuxeo implementations in an enterprise context.
Responsibilities:
Bring 10 years of relevant experience in ECM and BPM products to architect and implement ECM solutions.Exhibit hands-on proficiency in the Hyland Nuxeo platform, including content services, retention, and Nuxeo Studio.Demonstrate expertise in ECM and DAM concepts, leading to efficient implementations.Possess technical knowledge of Nuxeo's architecture, with familiarity in Kafka, ELK, and related technologies.Successfully complete Nuxeo implementations within sophisticated enterprise environments.Leverage working knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), databases (Mongo, PostgreSQL, Oracle), and storage systems (S3, blob, EFSS, FS).Display integration skills by integrating Nuxeo with various other applications.Provide technology recommendations and process improvements to ensure top-notch solution quality.Collaborate effectively within Agile delivery environments.
Required Skills:
Well-versed in multi-tenant architectures and application containerization.Exhibit hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.Experience with ECM tools like Alfresco, FileNet, OpenText, and Documentum is advantageous.Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies.Good communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrable ability to manage and influence partners.
