The Newsletter Strategy Director is in the digital centre of excellence, which partners with all our brands on the development and execution of their editorial strategies. This role will be key in creating engaging, compelling and high-quality newsletters that deliver value and satisfaction to our customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Develop and implement the newsletter audience strategy in partnership with our Brand, Data and Customer teams, directing content creation and product selection Use insights to optimise existing newsletters, while building new formats and products that align with our brand plans, providing delight and value to our customers Collaborate with Growth teams to develop revenue-generating opportunities Lead on editorial newsletter best practice and execution across the networkABOUT YOU
Strong experience in editorial newsletter strategy, development and innovation Proven history in building audiences, engagement and revenue growth through data-driven content marketing and across a variety of newsletter formats and products Excellent editorial judgment with strong editing, production and writing in a range of styles, tones and brand voices Strong project management, organisation and collaboration skillsWHAT WE OFFER
