Job Summary
This role owns the New Hire Program content for technician and manager job roles. They are responsible for executing virtual instructor-led training sessions, and maintaining the new hire courses and programs in the learning management system.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and maintains a comprehensive suite of new hire training assets targeted at pest technicians and frontline leaders.Delivers instructor-led virtual and/or in-person training sessions to new hires within the pest operations organization to frontline technicians and managers.Maintain an accurate and robust training curriculum and new hire programs within the learning management system; ensures materials remain relevant and current based on business needs.Partners with frontline colleagues and leaders to identify robust technical and critical job skills; identifies gaps and modifies training content as necessary to accommodate the growing business needs and talent.Performs routine analyses to evaluate the validity and success of new hire training programs; includes providing detailed reports to leadership outline program successes and areas for improvement.Possess a working knowledge of pest management operations from a technician and manager perspective; continually learning the business to enhance new hire training programs.Maintains a comprehensive suite of training assets within the learning management system and update training assets in the organization's learning management and digital technology systems.Occasional travel to spend time with frontline colleagues in the field to perform "ride alongs" and gain better insight to day-to-day field work.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience providing employee coaching, training or people leadershipMinimum of 2 years performing the role of a Technician, Sales or Manager role within the Pest Control IndustryWriting skillsKnowledge of adult learning principles

Ability to work well in a team environmentDemonstrated creativity and problem solving skillsPositive attitude when it comes to change and growth
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferredAssociate Certified Entomologist (ACE) credentials is required within the first year of employment in this position
