  Job Description

  Develop relationships in the cardiovascular, vascular, and IGT ultrasound segments to help grow new business and maintain current business. In this role the manager is responsible for developing relationships with key thought leaders, and regional luminaries. The manager would be knowledgeable in the sales process and comfortable with all levels of customers from sonographers to CFO's. This individual will also work closely with the sales team and strategic business management team.

  Your role:Meet or exceed assigned AOP for the CV business by working closely with CV sales team and the SBM team while executing a winning strategy for our most impactful deals.Identify and develop relationships with regional Influencers and national luminaries in cardiology, IGT, structural heart and vascular to assist growth in all segments.Drive adoption of EchoNavigator and our interventional cardiology solutions (CV ultrasound and cardiac Xray).Identify and assist in developing training programs for customers and employees that are specific to the Cardiology/IGT segment while working with PAS management team members to identify appropriate individuals to be trained and to ensure customer facing messaging is consistent between PAS, sales, CES, and service teams.Support all representatives within the ultrasound team and represent the cardiovascular segment.You're the right fit if:

  You have a BS/BA degree or equivalent education/experience.You've acquired 7+ years of clinical experience in CV ultrasound with experience in structural heart and interventional cardiology.Your skills include strong networking capabilities with industry organizations and thought leaders, strong influence with stakeholders, negotiation and collaboration skills.About Philips
