SALARY
The starting compensation for this position is $24.65 per hour and is negotiable depending on experience.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and snow removal on all Northern Air Cargo buildings and grounds.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
A Northern Air Cargo Facilities Maintenance Technician duty will include but not be limited to:
General carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.Assists with planning office moves, remodels and project cost estimation.Facilitates contact and works with vendors and contractors as required, operates snow removal equipment, line painting and crack sealing machinery to include scale maintenance and other duties as assigned, regular attendance is required.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

High school graduate or GED.2 years experience in building maintenance or in the above-mentioned related trades, experience with heavy equipment highly desirable, knowledge of maintenance-related computer programs preferred.Equivalent education or training can be substituted for the experience requirement.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, interpret and follow documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.Good written and verbal communication skills.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.CDL and Medical certificate preferred.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
