About Music Licensing Administrator

  Administration - Invoice payments for all WWE & UFC Music-related costs including Licensing, Performances, Production Deals, etc.; liaison with WWE & UFC Music Outside Counsel for tracking progress of all payments and agreements; liaison with internal WWE and UFC Accounting/Finance teams for payment status and required paperwork; responsible for finding and filing paperwork for historical/archival licenses; ensures all performance agreements are logged and also sent to both WWE and UFC Legal teams; responsible for file organization on cloud servers, including renaming/re-organizing files and digitizing files as neededDatabase Management - Responsible for Licensing & Marketing database management (WWE/UFC 3rd Party Content licensing, Analytics Databases, etc.); Live Performances/Appearance Databases; UFC and WWE Music Rights DatabasesReports - Works with Senior Coordinator, WWE Music and Licensing and Coordinator, UFC Music and Licensing to create financial reports, including outstanding licenses and invoice reportsAssistance - Reports to and assists Director, Marketing and Catalog with delegated tasks regarding Marketing/Licensing
