The Multi Family Senior Credit Risk Analyst will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Manage oversight activities of the Multifamily business.
Build strong relationships across Multifamily and the Enterprise.
Serve as subject matter expert to internal stakeholders as it relates to Multifamily underwriting, pricing and acquisition activities and trends.
Lead collaboration efforts across teams to identify and evaluate the risks to Multifamily of transactions, new business activities and programs.
Advise on risk mitigation strategies and approach including control gaps and impact assessments.
Document and present findings and/or conclusions of analysis to key stakeholders and senior management in a thoughtful and persuasive manner.
Partner with Multifamily and other stakeholders to carry out business strategies that will drive success and ensure safety and soundness in the face of shifting market conditions and regulations.
Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
4 years of related experience
Previous work in Multifamily underwriting and/or asset management
Strong financial analysis experience including reviewing and analyzing operating statements
Ability to gather and analyze data and identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with people with different levels of expertise towards a common goal
Skilled in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc
Desired Experiences
6-8 years related experience
Experience with GSE lending
Skilled in business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
