Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Support Integration Specialist to join the Service Bulletin Engineering team in Seal Beach, CA .
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts
Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current
Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs
Ensure projects are properly closed out
Establish and execute detailed plans to ensure risks are mitigated and opportunities are identified
Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact
Work directly with project sponsor to define and maintain business strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Operate as a primary contact throughout the project execution
Maintain ground rules, assumptions and operating rhythm
Ensure baseline project documents are produced, maintained and available to team members and effectively used
Communicate with team regularly to determine project status and potential roadblocks that will need to be resolved
Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
Ensure that the project aligns with changing initiatives and business needs
Ensure assigned individuals are executing identified and assigned tasks
Compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance
Facilitate required meetings & discussions for issue resolutions
Provide appropriate tracking, reporting per plan to management and provide recommendations for improvement as necessary
Reports resources issues, technical issues, and customer satisfaction issues to management
Develop presentations and deliver progress reports to leadership
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Proficient at managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Able to make decision to facilitate required meetings & discussions for issue resolutions.
• Able to quickly establish professional relations and build trust with stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
Tanker/transport experience
Military aircraft maintenance experience
Project management experience
Experience working across multiple teams, functions, and with international customers is highly desired.
Experience with Tableau
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range mid-level: $93,500 - $126,500
