　　The Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Tampa and Metro DC offices are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant to join our growing team. 

　　What You Can Expect:  

　　As the Finance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for working with teams to assist with the implementation of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations applications. You will work with the project team through all phases of a project and will lead and/or participate in Requirements Definition, Fit Gap Analysis, System Design, Configuration, Testing and Training. The Senior Consultant coaches Interns, Consultants, and facilitates the successful completion of project work plans.  Serving as both role model and trainer, the Senior Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency. The Senior Consultant learns to identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve efficiencies. Relationships with client personnel and professional associates strengthen as the ability to communicate, gain trust and network improves.  At the direction of managers, the Senior Consultant may accept responsibility for decision-making, ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies.

　　Utilize your knowledge of finance processes and best practices to advise and guide the customer during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration.

　　Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals

　　Must have outstanding people management skills, including the ability to lead a team and mentor individuals in career growth

　　Demonstrate the capacity to plan, prioritize and organize your time, project schedules and multiple project activities.

　　Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers

　　Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications.

　　Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.

　　Write development specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise.

　　Participate within data migrations, integrations, report design and design of security

　　Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:  

　　Bachelor’s Degree: Business or technology related BA/BSCPA or strong background in Finance/Accounting

　　3 years’ experience in implementing Dynamics 365 or prior implementation experience with other software.

　　Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems

　　Previous experience with implementing D365 FO or other versions of Dynamics AX.

　　Other ERP implementation experience would be an asset.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.

　　Preferred Certifications :

　　MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations Core

　　MB-3 1 0: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Finance

　　Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

　　$89,000.00 - $134,000.00

　　Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

　　10%

　　The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

　　$97,900.00 - $147,400.00
