　　The Opportunity

　　The role of the Assistant Sales Analyst is to be the main ally with the team of sales coordinators and managers by guaranteeing the purchase, monitoring and communication of promotional and merchandising purchases, reviewing and validating orders before they are placed; allowing the arrival of these materials for execution at the point of sale. Additionally, prepare order/tracking/delivery reports for internal and external audiences as required.

　　As the Equipment ordering and tracking, is responsible of executing the end to end requirements with functional sales teams of PMF being able to document needs, manage themselves with setting appropriate activities.

　　As Sales Asst Analyst your functions would consist of

　　Responsible for the Budget Management; Gather information from the sales coordinators of purchases of promotional materials for point of sale. (ROI of each purchase, total expenses per month, accounts to which these expenses have been charged).Responsible to provide period detailed shipping summary to sales coordinators teams.Quote, execute, and confirm order purchases, confirm production with the supplier and monitor shipping.Develop and manage an operating budget that includes annual productivity improvements to drive overall savings to the bottom lineBuild and manage business relationships across all equipment ordering & tracking stakeholders.Provide both strategic guidance to key stakeholders, while deploying a pragmatic approach to ensuring end customers requirements are met

　　Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors' degree 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experienceCustomer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skillsAdvanced skills on communicate and work with different Sales roles (Internal/External)Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookBasic English oral and written communication skillsExcellent communication skills with different types of internal and external areas of the companyAbility to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the processAbility to handle multiple tasks at the same time
