Marketing internship opportunities at Kimberly-Clark Professional present excellent growth and challenge for MBA's seeking meaningful work experience in marketing. Full-time assignments span approximately 12 weeks during the summer. Reporting to a Marketing Manager in one of Kimberly-Clark Professional's businesses (Hand, Hygiene, & Tissue (HH&T), Wipers, Industrial Safety, Scientific) or the Customer Experience & Marketing organization, the intern will contribute to real business results while gaining experience that will complement his/her MBA studies in Marketing.
An intern's primary role will be to assist in the development and commercialization of various products/ solutions and associated marketing efforts into commercial markets utilizing industry-leading brands such as KLEENEX®, SCOTT®, WypAll®, and Kimtech™. Responsibilities may include market trend analysis, new product launch support, competitive analysis, intelligence assessment, go to market campaigns, digital marketing, B2B commercial programs and sales team capability projects. You may also assist in providing market-focused leadership regarding new segments and platforms while driving changes to better meet customer requirements. The Kimberly-Clark Professional marketing team is a Business-to-Business (B2B) operation based in Roswell, GA.
Qualifications
3+ years of previous professional work experience, with marketing or sales exposure preferred.Academic exposure to basic marketing concepts.
Vision and experience in strategic initiatives beyond tactical implementation.Inspiration to help others understand key issues.Innovative thinking that challenges the status quo.Successful experience collaborating across organizational and cultural boundaries.Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States.
