In this role, you will employ data analysis skills coupled with analytical reasoning skills to study partner performance data and develop actionable insights to aid partners to improve their performance on the Target Plus marketplace. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and drive projects to reduce cycle time of return disputes processing to elevate partner experienceApply descriptive statistics to identify opportunities that affect financial loss to TargetCollaborate with cross functional teams to develop frameworks and routines to assess areas to reduce controllable expenses for Target PlusInfluence Product decisions to improve efficacy and efficiency in return dispute management to elevate Partner and Team Member experienceIndependently analyze and articulate actionable insights to reduce guest returnsPartner with category management, onboarding and data analytics teams to develop action plans to reduce return ratesParticipate in cross functional discussions and influence decisions to reduce guest returnsProvide weekly reports along with actionable insights on Returns and Return DisputesCollaborate with cross functional teams to gather data required to prepare partner scorecardsCreate partner performance improvement plans to improve partner performanceTrack and report partner performance improvements against defined plans on a monthly basisGain subject matter expertise and ensure that external and internal knowledge articles are updated in a timely fashionDrive Six Sigma and A3 quality improvements projects focused on delivering business valueUse SQL and Domo to extract reports, perform analyses and derive actionable insights and report the same to Minneapolis leaders and stakeholdersREQUIREMENTS
Graduate or Post Graduate or engineering degree in a field of International Business, Supply Chain or Vendor ManagementAt least 4 years' experience in onboarding, service or support roles in digital, business-to-business (B2B), or other customer/client facing industryStrong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationMethodical and Organized in planning and executionStrong problem solving and logical reasoning abilitiesAn understanding of statistical theories and practiceExpert MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skillsAbility to analyze data using MS Excel and DomoStrong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skillsAble to manage multiple priorities, and work with speed and accuracy
